How to make a Return or Exchange

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns that are mailed back within 90 days of delivery.

Zoom consultations

If you’re unsure about your product, you can book a Zoom consultation with our Education Team before returning/exchanging. This free service ensures you get the best support possible for your needs. You can use this link to book a session. 

If you are unable to find an opening that works for you, please email our Educator directly at educator@bodybraid.com with your time zone and schedule openings.


Returns

Return policy

  • Items must be in good condition. It does not need to be cleaned, even if it's used!
  • We prefer that items are returned with the barcode tag still attached to the mesh bag. We will not reject items that are missing the tag, though.
  • Returns must be mailed within 90 days of the delivery date.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
  • $25 CAD will be subtracted from your total refund amount. For example, if your returned item originally cost $100, your refund would be $75 ($100 - $25 = $75).
    • The $25 covers approximately 20% of our shipping, return item inspection, and restocking expenses.

How to make a Return

  • Start a return request here. You will need the 5-digit order number that is included in your confirmation email, and the email address used with the order.
  • Once we receive your submission, we’ll email you a prepaid shipping label within 1–3 business days.
    • Your return label will come from the email address hello@returnx.io. You may need to check your spam filter, or add this email address to your contact list temporarily.
  • When preparing your product(s) for packaging, we encourage you to NOT wash your product(s) before sending them back. We have our own sanitizing and cleaning methods that we will need to do anyway, and some household detergents have fragrances that can be irritating to people with MCAS. If it’s dirty or showing signs of wear and tear, please just let me know!
  • After we receive the item, we will inspect the item and issue a refund. You will get an email confirmation that we have approved your refund. Depending on your payment provider, please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to show on your account statement.

Exchanges

Exchange policy

  • Items must be in good condition. It does not need to be cleaned, even if it's used!

  • Items must be mailed within 90 days of the delivery date.
  • Items can only be exchanged once. If you want to compare two sizes, order them separately and return the one you don't want.

How to make an Exchange

  1. Start a return request here. You will need the 5-digit order number that is included in your confirmation email, and the email address used with the order.
  2. Once we receive your completed form, we’ll email you a prepaid shipping label within 1–3 business days.
  3. When your returned item has been received and inspected, we will create a new order for your replacement item.
    1. You may initially see an invoice that asks you to pay the full amount of the replacement item - IGNORE THAT! If you are exchanging a Core or Arm for the same size, we will zero out the cost and send a confirmation of the new order. If there is a balance (i.e. exchanging a Leg Light for Leg Extra) we will edit the balance to reflect the difference of the two product values. We are working on updating the notifications, please bare with us.


How to Use the Prepaid Return Shipping Label

  • Print the Label and Packing Slip
  • Package the item(s) for shipping. Don’t forget to include the packing slip!
  • Put the packing slip inside the box with the item(s).
  • Cut out the Label and tape it to the box or envelope.
  • For international shipments: please print three copies of the customs form and attach them to the outside of the package in a sheet protector or document sleeve.
  • Drop off the package at the appropriate location within 30 days

Note: Most of the carriers will only accept packages within 30 days of the ship date on the label. These labels are pre-paid, so if your label expires and you need a new one, the cost of the new label may be subtracted from your refund. You can check by entering the tracking number from the label on the carrier's online tracking page, and seeing if it's still marked as waiting for the package to ship.
